Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work site. Adequate water, power, and removal of obstacles. Delays caused by restricted access may affect scheduling or pricing.

Condition of Surfaces

Due to the nature of exterior cleaning, North Jet Washing cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to cracks, loose pointing, worn surfaces, damaged tiles, or weakened materials including surfaces affected by age, weathering, or poor prior maintenance.

Weather Conditions

All work is subject to safe weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, we may have to reschedule to ensure safety and quality without penalty.

Pricing Quotes

Quotes are based on a visual inspection and accessible areas at the time of quoting. Prices are valid for the stated period and may be adjusted if site conditions differ significantly from those observed at the time of quoting.

Payment Terms

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to charges if costs have already been incurred (e.g. equipment hire).

Satisfaction

If the customer has any concerns regarding the completed work, they must notify North Jet Washing within a reasonable timeframe so we can address the issue promptly.

Liability & Insurance

North Jet Washing is fully insured. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
